Description: We are pleased to announce a new direction for our annual holiday production. Up until now we had been planning to offer our version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL on our outdoor stage at Plaza's Outdoor Theatre. We adapted the script to use a minimal number of actors and have been rehearsing outdoors fully masked and socially distanced for the past two weeks in preparation. However, as the prospect of colder weather has approached AND as the number of Covid-19 infections continue to rise, we have determined to offer a video performance of the show instead. The show is being recorded on the outdoor stage with a small number of cast and crew who will be socially distanced and face shielded throughout the process. We are confident the result will offer a safe and enjoyable entertainment option for your holiday season. Everyone knows the story of Ebenezer Scrooge and of how he was haunted by ghosts of past, present and future one lonely Christmas eve. But this new adaptation of the show by JaceSon P. Barrus explores the story in a deeper, more personal way than ever before. Digital rentals for this virtual A CHRISTMAS CAROL will be available in December and will be $15 for a 48 hour period.
